Equipment Rental Request
DRC offers equipment rental for event organizers. Click here to view a list of equipment available for rent, and follow the instructions below to submit an equipment rental request:
Check the “Equipment Availability Calendar” below to see if equipment is available for your desired dates. Due to equipment and volunteer constraints, we rent only to ONE event at a time.
Complete and submit the “Equipment Rental Request Form” below. We will email you to confirm your request and provide further instructions.
On day of checkout, please print the “Equipment Checkout Form” and bring it with a check (payable to Durango Running Club) for all applicable rental fees.
Please return equipment in the same, clean condition you received it or we may revoke your privileges!
